Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
